About the artist: Αspasia Papadoperaki

Αspasia Papadoperaki (born in 1942) is a Greek sculptress, writer and set designer from Heraklion, Crete. She studied sculpture at the Athens School of Fine Art, on a full scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation, and continued her studies in the Beaux Arts of Paris οn a scholarship from The Hellenic Organisation of Small and Medium Enterprises and Handicrafts.
